ISL Engineering Stadium Station

ISL Engineering contacted IntEx Imaging with a need for architectural and landscape photography of their renovation of Stadium LRT Station in Edmonton, AB. We captured the location at dawn and dusk to capture long shadows from the landscape features and to evoke a sense of calm at a location that can be busy and chaotic. We also used a drone to capture the project from above to show how this project fits in with it’s surroundings and show it’s proximity to downtown.

Given the location and likelihood of there being bystanders nearby, the drone operations required a permit with the City of Edmonton to ensure safety. Signage was placed to inform the public of the drone operations.
